Who will own and benefit from the project?

Food and More will work to the social enterprise principles of delivering lasting social, economic and environmental positive change and to invest profits responsibly. The Project will be a business which has to make profits, if it does not it will not be able to carry out its work. Alongside the business, will be a charity which will undertake a large proportion of the education and community work to support the projects vision.

The Project will be owned by many stakeholders and it will be these stakeholders who will invest in Food and More. For example an individual project site will have multiple owners ranging from individuals to companies to organisations. No one person, company or organisation will ever own or control the project.

The Projects mandate will be held in a golden/guardian share.

We will all benefit from and use the Project, as individuals, as families, as businesses, as multi-national companies and as communities. The Project is about inclusiveness not exclusiveness.

The Social Enterprise Principles of delivering lasting social, economic and environmental positive change and to invest the profits responsibly are the bottom line of The Project.
