As an ethical, responsible local retailer, we at The Southern Co-operative cannot fail to take note of the increasing importance in supporting local food producers- by stocking locally grown and produced food in our stores, we can put something back into the communities in which we live and work.
The Southern Co-operative fully supports The Food and More Project's goal to substantially strengthen local food sustainability, and is committed to becoming more deeply involved with our county's excellent producers to play our part in this exciting initiative.
